"Basically Therapy," is my jazz album.

A heartfelt collection of songs crafted as a means of emotional release. Ive never been a big music person, I've always leaned more towards podcasts and audiobooks and my creative outlet has typically been expressed through art and crafting, but the loss of my Cricut Maker 3 led me to explore music as a new creative outlet. This journey taught me the importance of having a creative expression for my mental health, and I'm proud to share the beautiful things I've created through this album. I hope it resonates with you as much as it has with me.
